Doctor Service DetailThe training, which also ends in general medicine specialist with a diploma (the so-called specialist recognition), takes 5 to 6 years according to the specialist.

Training shall be operated under responsible direction of authorized doctors (who are authorized by the Medical Board) in a university centre, a university hospital or in an approved establishment of medical care, including the established practice of a doctor.

During his time as training assistant the doctor has to meet the guidelines and fullfill the catalogue and can then register for the specialist-exam in his respective Medical Board.

After an oral discussion in an occupation of three doctors, of which two must have the recognition for the test area, the audit committee comes to a decision concerning the successful completion of the training (for example, to specialist). 

The training for specialist and subspecialist has to be performed in full-time and regular occupation basically position. This also applies to additional training.
