• Guest visit: Visits are completed in other hospitals, clinics, institutes or departments. They serve the new acquisition of expertise or the deepening and improvement of knowledge and skills, improving and reflection of their own work and the promotion of mutual understanding and respect by learning about other forms of organization and ways of working. Guest visitors take part nonpaid in professional life (part-time or full-time). It should be ensured that the guest visitor has a permanent contact, which assists in training, promotes its integration and is available for information and background information.
